Dinner - 18 may 2014

Vatha kolumbu -1 cup
Cabbage kootu - 1 cup
Manga urughai - 1 spoon
Onions - 1
Tomatoes - 2
Carrots - .75
Coconut thuvaiyal - 1 spoon

2 glasses of buttermilk

No rice or roti.. Let us see how this meal helps..
